Family Circles Healthcare has three nurse practitioners on staff. Nurse practitioners are providers that blend clinical expertise in diagnosis and treatment with an emphasis on disease prevention and health management. Our nurse practitioners bring a unique, holistic approach to each and every patient. All of our clinical nurse practitioner’s care includes health promotion, disease prevention, health education, counseling, and the diagnosis and management of acute and primary diseases.​

Primary health care is a whole-of-society concept that is focused around health and well-being tailored to the needs and preferences of individuals, families, and communities. It provides whole-person care for health needs throughout the lifespan, not just for a set of specific diseases. Primary health care ensures people receive comprehensive care; ranging from promotion and prevention to treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care.
